'cept the only problem with that theory is the lens was dry, i checked after i noticed the circle. Also it has a tail and it's moving...upwards
maybe I should be more specific on the spooky stuff I'm looking for so more people will participate. Lets start with a category. How about spooky games? Freeware preferred so I can try them.

And it has a 'tail' because it was moving in front of your camera, which has moderately slow shutter speed, when you took the picture.
It's motion blur.
