Hello there, I wonder why people gets to presence this torture at all.
fett on 11/4/2009 at 03:51
I was speaking of the tone, not the exact wording, but hashing that is both irrelevant and pointless at this juncture.

Thanks to TTLG, I've come to appreciate tagging threads as an art form in its own right.

Well, hello there. :D
Or as you'd say in your strange DDVORAK language:
<.ttm d,ttr ydtptw :eww:
Currently DDVORAK is meant to be "Developer's DVORAK" so my language would more punctuaction and multiple arithmetic-related glyphs. My "no-more-so-native" language (:eww:) would include accents, but I left them out of the keyboard.
I don't miss them.Quote Posted by Kolya
Hello, MaxDZ8. DVORAK sucks.

(And maybe you don't know that DDVORAK has shifted-up numbers. Instead of digits, I have &[{}(=*)+]. Much better) <- t|-|1s 1s f0|2 |\|0rm4l ppl !Quote Posted by fett
Hey! New guy - do you live anywhere near Germany?
Not quite. We're at least on the same continent. :D A couple of centuries ago, this would have been written from the Republic of Venice.
Oh well, I have recently decided to "downdate" my world location name. Feel free to bet on the reason.

Welcome, relax and take a seat, MaxDZ8!
You can bet I'll do... I think I'll come around here every once in a while.

I used to live in Pordenone when I was a teenager. You are actually in Venice?

So you didn't notice I typed on a DDVORAK layout QWERTY style?
*Sigh* the lengths I go to for a buh-dum-psh.

I will take notice. Considering the funny pics here (:joke:) I believed sucking with fonts was ok. I understand I misunderstood the forum rules. Stupid font jokes won't happen again. :angel:

What a coincidence! It's only a few km from where I live!
You have essentially pinpointed me out on first try. Self-replicating beer included!

I really did. But I didn't understand what was the message. (LOL intended). Two 'y's followed by a 'm'? Two 'y's followed by a 'p'? Was it really meant to deliver information? I appreciated the joke but I admit it left me puzzled.
Speaking about puzzles, are there NotPron players?

I'll be nice and explain... It's not really much of a puzzle.
Put a qwerty and a ddvorak keyboard side-by-side, look at them, and you'll see
Code:
W = <
e = .
l = t
l = t
h = d
e = ,
l = t
l = t
o = r
t = y
h = d
e = t
r = p
e = t
. = w
:D = :eww:
(okay, not exactly, but "d" does equal "e", so it's close.)
As I said:
