Hi again all.
Thanks for the tip on drowning lol :)
OK, I have a problem.
I have nailed Dagoth Ur - I may have set a record? I was only level 38 at the time :p And I did it without using the special (Wraithguard?) armour too - - heh heh. Mental note - Lava is soooo useful for trapping gods.... :)
Ok, now the mad god woman (I really do think she is mad) Almalexia has sent me to make ash storms, which I did. And along the way I killed the only Daedric Lord I have seen with a name too. Spooky.
Now she is happy and wants to have my babies, she expects me to forge the blade of the Nereavene (not sure on the spelling of that btw). So she gives me a bit of the blade and off I go. I go and hammer that chap in the throne room and he gives me a bit and I think he wants to have my babies too. Then I go and see the woman in the Mournhold Musiem of artifacts. She says she got something that might be what I am looking for, but she expects compensation. OOOOK, I think, I have some interesting items like:
Keening
Sunder
Clois of Sait Louis
Her Sword (cant remember the exact names of these, but you will know what I mean) Her darts and armour (all off the Hand of Almalexia I had to kill)
The green dagger of some ancient general which I got off the King when I defeated Karrod
And I have already sold her the Boots of the Apostle and A staff of wailing or something like that. But with all these goodies in my inventory All she is bothered about is the dagger off the king. Bugger.
Does this mean I have to go wondering all over the place in search of unique items or is there something ridiculously obvious that I am missing because my head is still inflated from defeating Dagoth Ur at level 38? :p
Any help appreciated guys, thanks :)
Take care
Matt
BTW, Morrowind owns tbh.

I don't have tribunal so I can't help you. Just want to say that I beat Ur at level 33 and it was an easy fight.
Also isn't Krazzt in the puzzlechannel a daerda lord?

Level 33. Beaten by 5 levels. Oh Bugger. :)
The 2nd Daedric lord I meant, not the first.. Typo's you know. I get a lot of em. Ahem. Cough.
;)
Take care

You have to give the woman in the museum a couple of items she would normally buy from you. I compiled a list of them and Striker, our moderator who also runs the Destination: Morrowind site (link top right of this page), is going to post it on there. It should appear any day now (after the weekend, though). Any two items from that list will secure the bit of blade from the museum's curator. The Dagger of Symmachus is one of these items; you have to have the items she wants (either to buy or to donate) on you for it to appear as a conversation topic.
Happy baby-making!

Spoilers ahead... Locations of two artifacts.
The Umbra Sword is by far one of the easiest artifacts and I love it as a sword. Head west(?) from the door to the slavemarket in Suran. You'll have to use levitate to get over the mountains. You'll find an orc clad in a fullsuit of Orc armor. This is Umbra. Talk to him, beat him up and take the sword. This can be sold (and stolen back later if you really want.)
Hm... another artifact... ? There are the Fists of Randagulf. They're really cool and each guantlet raises two attributes (Strength and something else.) The gauntlets can be found in Illunibi (a sixth house base at Khartog Point, on the bittercoast between Hla Oad and the Hlormaren stronghold.) The gauntlets themselves are in Soul's Rattle behind a chest and hidden unless you're looking for them.
By the way, you have to actually donate the items, not sell them. Otherwise they won't count and you'll have to find some more. If you ever want to get them back it'll be a bit tricky (I hit a guard, ran downstairs and turned invisible, then ran back upstairs and took the items before they saw me.)

As much as I appreciate the well thought of "stealingplan" of yours :D , couldn't you just have turned invisible to steal the stuff?

As soon as you take an item you become visible and the guards see you taking it. Believe me, I've tried it a lot of times... Of course it was on the XBox so there might have been a patch to fix that.
I did steal a bunch of things from infront of an Indoril Guard's face... he was wiggin out though and kept trying to run through a wall so that probably doesn't count.

Vanderfell :cheeky:
Vvardenfell, lol. Don't worry about it... I can only spell it right cuz I have the map pinned up above my computer.

Heh heh. Y'all know what I mean anyway :p
On the subject, WTF are those things at Marandus (By lake Nabius)? Like teleporter thingies. But cant use em cos I need some (Not even going to try to spell it from memory!) key type things to activate them. What are they? What do they do? Would they like a cup of Tea?
:)
Take care
