Ive done a plugin that replaces NPC head with Rhedds and... ummm Allerleirauhs work (Ive understood that they only add payer the possibility for the player to use their head models). If you want I can upload the plugin. Little over 6mb methinks..

As to your question, I liked the Dunmer more to look at, so I played as one. Bretons may be good at magic, but they tend to look really stupid.
Then of course you want to play the quests/factions you couldn't the first time round, so you can make a totally different char, and you get to play a Breton if you like.
On the subject of faces, I noticed that in every race and sex there is one ok face, one passable one, and the rest are fairly ugly, or just weird. Or maybe that's just my perception.
