Ah... Khuuler... So many memories. As for Face Mods, Rhedd Head has the market pretty much cornered as of right now. You can find a few more if you look hard enough, but usually they aren't made to the quality of his. Check 'em out.

You can also check out the Better Bodies mod. It makes the bodies of women in the game look much better. The guys are coming soon.

Literally a day or so away, I gathered from one of Fariel's comments on the psychodog forums. I've stopped playing Morrowind until the BB finals are out, the recent 0.83 beta bodies are good but apparently the finals are leaps and bounds above that.
I'd recommend to anyone from ttlg 'TLM - The Light Mod', if your PC is up to it. It's the best sneaky mod out there, and also the best at implementing realistic lighting. Unfortunately it makes it damn hard to see anything when dungeon crawling, especially at low levels when you've not got any useful spells like Nighteye (I screamed and ran from my computer the first time a skeleton entered my lantern radius), but overall it's one of those that changes gameplay in a good way. TLM could be on Morrowind Summit, definately no official homepage for it though.
Marksman 1.45 is a good thiefy mod too.
Here are some of my bookmarks for Morrowind sites:
(
http://www.psychodogstudios.net/forums/) Psychodog Studios - Better Bodies, FoV aka Better Faces, and more
(
http://thelys.mwsource.com/) Thelys - Loads inc the popular Emma's Companions, tend to be fairly up to date
(
http://www.etherealsoftware.com.au/ltm/index.htm) Life to Morrowind - (must have bugfix patch)
(
http://khalazza.production.free.fr/) Khalazza Productions - good for texture packs
(

(

Khajeet are nothing more than slaves, they all look the same to me.
Same with Argonians.
