Just finished watching the first episode, and it was pretty patchy in my opinion. The whole dialogue between Suresh and the bloke in the glasses was fucking woeful. It seems like they are in a rush to get a whole new story going, the thing I liked about the first half of last season was the pacing. There was an ever so steady build up to the climactic episode where nuclear guy went apeshit at the company man's house (the names of all characters in this show are escaping me at present, sorry). After this it seemed to devolve into this bizarre mess. I just hope that things are really given time to get going, but I sincerely doubt it considering the way that the show is going.
I also thought it was odd that Suresh's book (only ever seen in English) was read by a couple of Mexicans. Would such a random and unpopular text get translated?

S1 hasn't even finished showing here, but I saw it all thanks to a website I don't think I should name. That Series 2 already started is totally surprising news.
/me goes hunting

The link in the second post of this thread doesn't work for you?:cheeky:
It's in English, of course. :erg:

The videos on NBC's site are pretty crappy in quality. It's noticeably jittery and very blurry. There are sites of questionable legality that have higher quality streaming versions of the episodes, but even those don't compare to actually watching it in high def. I'd say that you're morally in the clear to watch it from one of those sites. If NBC offers it online anyway, might as well enjoy it as best you can. It's not like you're going to click on any of the ads on NBC's page, and it still doesn't compare to watching it in high def.

I forgot that a lot of people require the best image possible, even if it's illegal, to enjoy a show that's generously shown legally elsewhere.

I just checked NBC's site again. Either I was mistaken or they increased the video quality since I last tried it. But that not withstanding, what's wrong with watching it from a different site? You don't see the ads, but when I watch on cable I fast-forward through the ads anyway. What is the problem here?
