Can someone please help me? I kill a member of the Zainab tribe early in the game. Now i need the talk to the Ashkan. He won't talk to me because i killed a member of his tribe. Is there anything at all I can do? Oh yeah, and im playing it on xbox, so i can't use console cheats.

Give him some money until his bar goes up 100%. If he doesnt talk to you then sorry.
I know it doesnt make sense but no game is perfect.

It may be helpful to check your journal; try going back to the time you killed the tribe member. If you have screwed yourself completely, there should (I think) be a journal entry saying something along the lines of "I have killed a member of the Zainab and it seems unlikely that I will be able to have peaceful dealings with that tribe in the future." That's the game's way of letting you know that you've locked yourself out of the main quest.
Other than that, I suppose you could try using some Telvanni Bug Musk or a charm spell to get him to talk to you, then bribe him like mad so he likes you again. Let us know how you get on......

Hrm... I don't think any sort of spell, musk, bribe, etc. will be successful; it's pretty hard-wired into their dialogues that they hate you if you've killed one of them. You can always do the alternate main quest though, if you get desperate:
