if u mean "summoning" by "getting" it, i don't think there is a summon centurion spell... at least i haven't seen anywhere around... maybe there is a Dwemer artifact or something that has such a power but i havent heard that kind of thing... if u r asking this because of the centurion that Baladas (?) in Gnisis has, he is a mage that researches about dwemer artifacts and mysteries... also in the mages guild, specially in ald'ruhn mages guild, the woman that gives you quests (i can't remember her name, because i haven't visited her for a while:)) gives you quests about Dwemers to aid her in her researches about centurion summonings... so i don't think it is found out how to summon a centurion in the game yet as Dwemers are still a mystery for them. also there are some in the "rat in the pot" that appears after you complete a certain thieves guild quest, but the owner of the place just fixed some broken spider centurions to use them as workers/guards in the tradehouse. so they are not summoned as well... i would like to summon a shock, steam or sphere centurion as well but i don't think it is possible:cheeky:...
i'm not sure about some parts of the game and Tribunal though...
i haven't finished the game yet...

If you mean your stronghold, they appear at level 3. Oh, and I like your spelling of Telvanni. Very 1337.

IIRC, the Aundae Vampire Clan gives you a "Summon Dwemer Armminculi" (sp?) spell that summons a Centurion Sphere. However, you will probably lose the spell once you are cured of vampirism. When you still have the spell, you could try using a spellmaker to create a custom spell with that effect, but I don't think that it will be avaliable. Worth a try, though.

Find and read the book 'Secrets of Dwemer Animunculi'. When you do that, you get the summon centurion spell.
And no, I don't know where it is! Young people of today wanting me to do all their work for them! ;)

Spoiler!
I do. The book can be found in the Berne Clan's Headquarters (Galom Daeus.) I remember killing everyone inside and stealing everything. Vampires are fairly weak for... vampires.
Galom Daeus can be found south-westish from your stronghold. I think it's on the map included with your game (it's a Dwemer Ruin.) You can also have a look at maps online, like (
http://frduflot.free.fr/morrowind/HighRes/mw_map.htm) this one. It can also be downloaded (recommended.)
Er... but that might be cheating.
