good call Queue I forgot to mention MAOI.
As for Photosensitivity, they list it as a side effect but I lived in Florida for 4 years and took this stuff for 3 of em and never had any problems whatsoever.

How many days after not taking an MAOI should I worry about potential side-effects from food/drug interactions? Also does Melatonin have an adverse reaction?

Be Careful with melatonin if you decide to use it.
someone very close to me tried it over the summer, and collapsed the next morning.
One suggestion I can give you is to avoid any gaming or action/excitement oriented television, that stuff has caused me to go from being ready to pass out to having difficulty sleeping for hours afterwards.
also, Sulphur's advice is solid. Being in good shape and/or having a regular exercise routine does wonders to help you sleep.

I've had issues sleeping my whole life. A cup of chamomile and 3mg of melatonin (pronounced in step with a chorus singing hallelujah), plus a white noise generator, and a boring podcast screwed into my ear puts me out in about fifteeen minutes most nights.
I tried living without the big M for about three weeks, and it was right back to 1-2 hours of tossing and turning.

Well to be honest I don't know how I manage it all night long, but I do know the little soldier still salutes when I wake up, must be ace at it.

Meditation. Binaural beats.
Bluegrime on 16/2/2010 at 19:52
Are Binaural beats something I listen to or consume?
Pardoner on 16/2/2010 at 20:20
Unless he misspelled "beats", I'm guessing you listen to them. Also, binaural?
