I have the Gem dealer licence, and the goblin in the pub keeps telling me to give him a piece of paper to sign. Is that the licence, or do I have to find another piece of paper for him? :weird:

You should have a piece of paper described as unsigned. If you do not go back and check the rooms very carefully, especially where the sleeping goblin was.
