I am really having a hard time with the boots quest in KOTN. I know there is a known bug here. I have downloaded the Oblivion Mod Manager, as well as a program to change the date so KOTN will load last. Is it the ESP file I modify? What setting should the Mod manager be on to get it to load last? I thought I had the right setting, etc., but the boots quest will still not kick in. I am willing to use the stageset ND03 20 just to get the game going, but even that doesn't seem to work.
I suspect I am the culprit, but I don't know what I am doing wrong. Example: Do I type in "stageset NDZERO3 20" or NDO3 20 -- the letter not the number.
Please help. The folks at the main Oblivion forum will not give me the time of day. Thanking you in advance.
