I killed the ghost that gives it, but didn't know at that time that I had to get the bow on him, so I forgot to loot. Now the corpse has decayed and I can't get the bow! Can someone tell me if the ghost is going to respawn and if not, is there a cheat to get any item?

This is what you should do...
go into the console...
then type:
placeatpc "wraith_sul_senipul" 1,1,1
That will put the ghost back into the game right where your standing so you can kill it again.

see the row of buttons just above the messages? The third button from the right is labeled "search". It is really easy. I did answer the same question before twice.
So it's not that I not want to answer because I am not helpfull. But you could be slightly less lazy.
But hey, being lazy pays off, you can just do what Kilana says.
