I'm realitively new to Morrowind, and I'm working my way through the Fighter's guild quests. I'm on the quest where I must kill the Master Thief in Vivec named Jim Stacey. The only problem is I cannot seem to find the Simine Fraline's Bookstore, I've wandered around and around that darn city.
Can someone please tell me which canton of Vivec Simine Fraline's bookstore is in, please?

I can help you with that one. [SPOILER]I believe that bookstore your looking for is in the Foreign Quarter: Canal Works. Look around there, If you can't find it at first try some of the other enterances to the Canalworks. You need a lock splitter scroll to open the door to Jim if you have no magic ability. [/SPOILER]

Or you can skip this quest (And the quest before it) by speaking with Percius Mercius in the Ald'Ruhn Fighers' Guild when you are the rank of Guardian. Either way results in the same outcome:
[spoiler]Sjoring attacks you and you become the head of the Fighters' Guild.[/spoiler]
