The guy in Ald'Ruhn fightning guild says that I need to go to Ves and kill some necromacers. He said that I should reach Ves by a ship from a town(I cant remember the name now, I think first letter is "T", 2 words). Can anyone give me directions or some hints where that town is?

The place you're looking for is Vos. It's west of Tel Mora (I think. Tel Mora or Tel Alynn or one of the little Telvanni shack-towns).
It should also be in your journal. Look back through your journal to find that conversation with Perciuas, or open your journal, then go to Topics, then look for Vos.

Tel Mora is no where near Vas, if you're still in Ald'ruhn then take a siltstrider to Khuul. From there, take a ship from Khuul to Dagon Fel. Vas is a few Islands to the west of Dagon fel. So, you'll have to do a lot of swimming.
