Help Tuco. - by Tuco

1) It's a work in progress, damnit!
2) The only person that I killed without ceremony was Tuco's counterpart. I didn't even start the fight with Tuco, as far as I know, he is still desperately clawing at the ebony cages, trying to get his artifacts out.
3) If you thought that what I posted was the huge battle with Tuco... Actually, I was just posting my retelling of the *BEGINNING* of the story. So don't get pissy, or I'll rip you limb from limb with my Armored War Elephant.
RyushiBlade on 6/5/2003 at 19:43
((Armored War Elephant? lol. Ok, I was in school so I had to read it in a hurry. You wouldn't believe how much trouble you can get in for being on a message board... Don't ask. My apoligies anyway...
.... That's the beginning? I swear it's the end ^.^; ))

Day 3 of Evening Star, Year of the Third Empire Four Hundered and Two
Exile watches as his troops ready their weapons as if they were to attempt to push Ryushi in the lava right there for his insolence. However, he raised his hand and, calling his knights to attention, allowed Ryushi to say his piece. As midnight drew on Vvardenfell, a blood-stained Tuco in the body of the greatest of the Ashkhans and Ryushi, the assassin that started the entire incident with a chance murder, met once again face-to-face. Jordana was ready to cast the spell that could bring Tuco to his ultimate fate inside the Star of Azura, and both Tuco and Ryushi burned with a godlike light.
Suddenly, Exile's two mages began to utter curses upon one another and all hell broke loose as some of Exile's most valued men -- two Imperial Mages and four Orcish Knights. One thought he was a vampire, another thought that he was a Kahjiit posing for pornography. One thought that he was the long-dead goddess Almalexia, another thought that he had sprouted wings. Needless to say, Sheogorath's curse was already starting to take full effect on some of Exile's men that did not do enough to keep themselves from the madness.
One of the Mages took a bite out of the other's neck and sucked tears from his eyelids as he sreamed in agony. One of the Orcs, being so strong, had no trouble ripping off his own scrotum and pretending that it was a furry Khajiiti tail. Three more started randomly pushing each other into the lava, and the Mages both started talking in the mad verse that is the signature of Sheogorath. One was bleeding through the neck and eyelids, the other through the mouth, they sang a quite daring song about "The Pig Children" that caused an uproar in Exile's ranks, both those who are insane and not. The Mages were pushed into the lava, but one of Exile's men came down with them. Shaken, another one of his men retreated and was stuck down by the same fate that met Zahra.
Exile put on his helm and commanded the entire room to stop. Needless to say, his troops, terrified of what their own ranks had become, immediately filed into rows of three and withdrew their weapons. Ryushi, Tuco, and Jordana, their gaze unbroken through all the chaos, finally decided to start the final confrontation.
RyushiBlade on 6/5/2003 at 20:28
((Oh yeah... Tuco, I'm planning on trapping your soul so that you can't possess someone again. Azura's Star should have the power to contain you. Hopefully. Or we could be talking about a sequel here, lol.))
Ryushi nodded at Jordana to stand back. He glanced at Exile and his eyes flashed in the red glow of the lava. If he survived... Exile could very well prove to be his demise. It would have to be worked out later. For now, it was him and Tuco.
"Exile..." Ryushi growled as his body was drawn further into it's own dark powers; Powers that were indeed evil, but a confused sort, easily swayed from one side to the other. It was a living hell for Ryushi but he managed. "Do not interfere until you are sure I'm beaten. Only come to my aid when I cry out." He grinned. "Only when I cry out do you know I'm close to death."
He raised his sword, the Paladin's Blade and charged Tuco. It was easily countered by Tuco's skillful sword. Sparks leapt up from the blades. Magic could be seen crackling down each body and earthing itself in the ground. A Battle Mage versus a Warrior.
Ryushi spun and tried a vertical slash upwards. Tuco to the side, bringing his sword around to Ryushi's side. It hit with terrible precision that knocked Ryushi to the ground. He could see Tuco, laughing at him behind the mask...
Lilarcor was brought down with a stab, missing Ryushi by millimeters as he rolled to the side. The two began fighting again, head to head with nothing but their weapons. They were very nearly equals, each thrust parried and each blow blocked. Each man was using as little energy as he could, trying to save it for later. This was only a deadly warm-up.
((Tuco, you can start using magic if you want. Heh.. Lava... ))

*cough* Null magic ability *cough*
A spell isn't boken if the caster dies.
RyushiBlade on 6/5/2003 at 20:41
((Who said it did break? I have no clue what spell you're talking about, lol. And Ryushi does have some magic ability. A little anyway. I'm guessing Tuco has a lot more since he's a Battle Mage and all.))

BTW, I was thinking of a good intro for the book that would make it more presentable... How about:
Exile's Log
Weight: 12.5
Value: 340
[The book logs the events of Exile, an Orcish Knight and high-ranking member of both the Imperial Legion and House Redoran assigned to watch the Bitter Coast for signs of smuggling. Apparently, his post was just outside a Dwarven ruin and he had made a small base of operations at the Dark Elven stronghold of Valenvaryon, hiring fellow Orcs to keep a watchful eye on the region. Towards the latter pages of the log, he stops making clear notes of the smuggling activities and takes a whimsical, sometimes paranoid tone. Towards the end of the book, he starts referring to himself in the third person. The dates on his entries suddenly go into the far future, advancing hundreds of years in but two pages with absolutely no explanation. The last few pages of the log are called "Exile Saga" and are as follows:]
...
[Previous Exile Saga, detailing why Tuco can't cast spells... I was an idiot and I just more-or-less deleted it instead of quoting it...]
Day 1 of Evening Star, Year of the Third Empire Four Hundered and Two
Exile and his men meet a rude awakening as Tuco desperately burns his way through the hordes of the undead in the Chimer citadel... By now it was obvious that Tuco had evaded the nightblades and had accessed and resealed the tomb just in time to escape the wrath of the volcanic mountains that surround the area. He knew that this was going to be a tough fight, especially since he and his troops would have to go it alone. Exile and his men slowly made their way towards the Inner Chamber. Tuco had literally burned his way through the citadel and he didn't even turn undead -- amazing. He ordered his two mages -- Imperial sympathizers -- to grab spears off of the two mummified Chimeri corpses at the enterance. Exile slowly opened the door and looked at the flaming mass of bodies that Tuco had left.
"The curses that you have laid upon the enterance to the tomb should be taking effect on Tuco by now," said Exile to his mages. When asked about what enchantments they had put upon the place, they responded by saying, "Once Tuco rests to recover from his wounds, his mana will be drained until he leaves the complex. His magick casting ability should be null until that time. He will not even be able to cast scrolls."
Sheogorath sensed the presence of Tuco near the Inner Chamber and wanted to see bloodshed. He spoke to the Orcish Knights guarding the enterance and told them to open the door out of the Inner Chamber and kill Tuco in his sleep. Tuco, wounded by the undead warriors in the citadel and not able to cast any magic at all, awakens as a Daedric Claymore crashes into his cuirass and drives him into the ground...
RyushiBlade on 6/5/2003 at 21:01
((Ah, gotchya. But... we're talking Tuco here. He undoubtedly has a plan to lift the seal that's been placed on him... Ten bucks says he will. Anyway, I can't fight a Tuco with a handicap. I wouldn't be satisfied ;) ))
Exile on 6/5/2003 at 21:06
"There, he found Ryushi. Not a notable person at all, but quick as a cat and twice as brutal, Ryushi circled his opponent. He had all the mundane armor of an assassin, but he had in his possession a dagger of immense power. Before Tuco could sense the presence of his murderer, Ryushi had stabbed him in the back nearly a dozen times."
Oh, yeah... Real honorable right there. Besides, he's a level 100.
RyushiBlade on 6/5/2003 at 21:18
((Hey, YOU wrote that. I already rewrote that part, thank you. Ryushi isn't an assassin and doesn't want to be. He's a warrior and would rather fight his opponent head on, though it's not his fault if Tuco isn't paying attention. I'm compiling all these together too... Tuco, do you want to keep the... things you said that don't quite fit with the mood of the story? "He wanted his robe to look so sexy" doesn't fit too well but you can keep it there if you want.
Exile, in order for this story to be told it can't be your log. He'd have to be there to see everything that happens, and Exile doesn't exactly follow Ryushi around, does he?
I think the into should say something along the lines of:
The following saga, compiled from various sources including Exile's Log, stories and legends of the Ashlanders and books written by the very fighters themselves, is the story of Tuco. Tuco, the most deadly man to ever have landed on Vvardenfell. Exile, Jordana and Ryushi are carried along helplessly as the story unfolds, starting... with The Death.
Just a thought. It should have a really catchy title, something that'd really want to MAKE you read it, considering it's going to have various volumes (we've written 15 pages already.)
Each book should be maybe ten pages... As a reader of a lot of books in Vvardenfell, I can tell you I hate reading books that seem to go on forever. *coughs towards Exile but says nothing.* I'm going to be writing more as soon as Tuco gets in here.
And Ryushi is level 89. Almost all his skills are maxed out (a few that I never really liked are around 50. They aren't too useful though.) He's got a strength of around 280 now, thanks to some advice I got.))
