*laughing*
Ryushi: Ahhhh, cute! Nicely understated....and babies chewing on swords, hmm? I like it :ebil: Although how undignified, for Tuco to be used as a pacifier! :)
Tuco: Good stuff :thumb: Is there any more to come?
Exile: :nono: That last post was rather unnecessary......
Tuco on 8/5/2003 at 20:09
Oh yeah, I didn't respond to this.
Think of it this way, Exile: thousands of generations bred for the sole purpose that you could satisfy me with the comparably small time you spent writing this story. Your entire life to this point was just preparing to write this, and the rest of your life will have no meaning or purpose.
Oh, and Tuco says: Eat shit and die.
Jordana, there's more to come but I'm busy getting to r5 in SB. level 49 now!! weee
Lord Kahn on 8/5/2003 at 22:10
Perhaps 40 volumes. Vivec won't be able to beat us anymore after that. I killed him with my level 34 Dark Elf in Ebony armour with a Daedric Katana.

Heh. Well my internet is still out (I'm doing this from school again.) I can't get the last parts of the story until it comes back, so you might have to wait for my version Khan.
Tuco on 9/5/2003 at 18:43
and hopefully I won't have time to finish my story until sometime tomorrow..
Today is picnic with lady friend /wink

Ok, internet is back!
Khan, I finished compiling the story... I'm just reading it over, correcting errors, grammar, etc. And to make sure it all fits, as there were a lot of arguments... I should have it all ready by tomorrow, if not tonight.
And unlike Exile (if he's even doing his story now) I'm going to leave everything as is, except for what needs to be done. I'll upload the entire thing to my site so that you guys can read the whole thing (if you want.)
Tuco... I did change the very beginning. I used the first... half? of Exiles 'new' beginning. The other half I wrote. In total, the story is 21 pages! And there might even be a sequel... I'm thinking... a boy slowly growing insane from the small voice of Tuco... and with each passing year both the boy and Tuco grow stronger. Tuco commands the boy, eventually bending him to his will and evokes the revival of the mighty Tuco! Then the boy fights back against his own master, all the years of misery and hatred behind him caused by the sword of Tuco... ... Blah blah blah... I have some great ideas sometimes, but I can never turn the white hot thoughts, searing across the expanse of my brain, into words with the same impact. I think I need a bigger vocabulary. Maybe some creative writing classes. Oh, and it came to my attention I left out a vital part in the 'Clint Eastwood' portion of the ending. Whoops. Make sure you add it in ;)
Exile, I was wouldn't if you really meant it when Sheogorath said, "The skinned cat has spoken" or if that was an accident. And I'm not complaining but Ebony is a wood... but you somehow managed to refine raw glass into ebony. Heh. No one will notice anyway. They'll probably think ebony is a metal or something.
One last thing (to Khan.) TES Books use HTML, don't they? I could have it all in HTML format (all line breaks and everything in place) if you want, and you can take out any code that isn't needed.
Lord Kahn on 10/5/2003 at 03:17
Ok, you do that.
Exile on 10/5/2003 at 05:05
1) You've never worn a piece of Ebony armor? If you lay a piece of raw ebony down, it's more lustrous than a wood or most metals, not to mention that when Redorans talk about Ebony, they mention "the blood of Mount Dagoth." And since the closest thing that ebony has to a counterpart in the light armor category is glass, I figured that you could draw a pretty simple relationship:
<blockquote><b>Gigantic Lizard Shit -> Graphite -> Diamond</b></blockquote>
<blockquote>...as...</blockquote>
<blockquote><b>Volcanic Glass -> Raw Ebony -> Daedric Ebony</b></blockquote>
That is, to say, that as the volcanic lava of Mount Dagoth and similar volcanic mountains around Vvardenfell cools underground and collects Silicon, allowing it to have some properties similar to glass, it is classified as Volcanic Glass. Further below the surface, where there is more heat and pressure, Ebony forms. With even more heat and pressure, the Ebony hardens and ecomes more resistant to damage. After being refined and enchanted (otherwise, why would they call it Daedric?), it is classified as Daedric ebony. Of course, this is all just in theory. Besides, if it was a wood, then why does Gaenor wear a full set in Tribunal if he's a Wood Elf and therefore is bound to the Green Pact?
2) I figured that was lame, so in revision two (the one on this page), I changed it to "Your Lord and Master has spoken." I was trying to make it sound mildly insane, but I just couldn't do it. Sheogorath isn't very well documented in Morrowind or Daggerfall (with the exception of the Bitter Mercy quest and the book Jabberwock), so I figured that I would place his thoughts somewhere inbetween reality and insanity. It's hard to find a happy medium between normal speech and "Wabbajack. Wabbajack. Wabbajack... Maybe I'm smarter because I know cats can be bats can be rats can be hats can be gnats can be thats can be thises. And that doors can be boars can be snores can be floors can be roars can be spores can be yours can be mine. I must be smart, for the interconnective system is very clear to me. Then why, or wherefore do people keep calling me mad?"
3) If you're using Office, move the cursor to the end of a word. Hold down Ctrl and press the Left Arrow Key. Release both keys and hold down Shift, then pressing F7. If you're using StarOffice, hold down Ctrl and press the Left Arrow Key, then, while Ctrl is still held down, press F7. Oh, and don't spellcheck anything. Just right-click on the word that is in question.
4) Yes, I have quit. But if your story sucks, I may be driven to create a better one out of spite.
Lord Kahn on 10/5/2003 at 06:24
Whose story? No need to be so mean. Anyway I have no idea what you just said in your post.
Tuco on 10/5/2003 at 14:11
Mildly entertaining, Exile.
Hopefully I won't be able to finish my story until tomorrow, as I'm seeing the girl again.
