how do u activate pluginsGo into CS, File -> Data Files, then select the plugin you want and press the "Active" button to change it to an active file. See which files are masters and activate them, also. Exit that screen and wait for the files to be loaded, then save the plugin.
Run Morrowind from "Morrowind Launcher.exe" and not "Morrowind.exe," then go into Data Files and activate the plugin. Play the game as usual.
Of course, the first part isn't really necessary unless the versions of the masster files you have don't match the versions of the master files that plugin was made under. If you need to do the first part, you'll get an error message when you try the second part. Otherwise, you can skip the first part...
If someone were to ask you if you are confused at this point and you say "FUCK YES," go to (
http://207.38.1.136:80/morrowind) http://207.38.1.136:80/morrowind and look for their directions for installing plugins. Their database also deserves a look.

thx.
now theres only one question left:
can i activate more than one plugin/have two plugins on at the same time?

Yes, as long as they don't clash with each other (eg two new houses occupying the same space).

In the actual game, yes. However, you cannot update the plugins in CS like that. You can only have one active at a time.
