Ok, I was on my way to a camp(in the Molag Maar Region)and I came across this shrine or tomb. I get to the main part and there's a guy (sorry, I forgot his name) wearing a Blood Helm. I went and killed him the first time and it gave me the "Threads have been severed...live in this doomed world...blah, blah, blah" message. So, I reloaded and went through AGAIN, but this time I just walked up to him and he immediatly started attacking me. So, I killed him again and got the same message. Who is this guy and why can't I kill him?

If the guy's name is "Crazy Batou" (he's got the only helm with 'blood' as the 1st word), I believe it's safe to kill him; I did a search in the editor for both him and his helm and couldn't find anything.
