There I am, happily playing Thief Gold once again....got it running on vista (thx guys!) and all of a sudden when I try to read things I pick up my screen blacks out for a few seconds, and (most importantly) Garrett won't read anything aloud :( Grrrrrr.....so now I'm trapped with the wallbuilder's scroll in the Hammerite Temple and can't play any further.....I'm not sure what happened....any ideas?
