hi there!
ok so i'm new to the world of morrowind elder scrolls....and i really love it.... have implemented soem cheats and they're working fine....however....the cheat to increase strenght isn't working! what am i doing wrong? i've entered it 30-40 times and in differnet ways! am entering it as i see on paper....( printed out form a site. ) also how can i learn spells? am in balmora and they won't teach me ....( got frustrated and killed them...:).....although i didn't svae this...lol.....any advice would be great as am a newbie at this..and would like to explore the games full potential! thansk

You learn spells by just buying them, from people that happen to sell them. Once you buy one, it appears in your magic list, ready to cast. However, the chance of successfully casting it depends on you skill level with the school of magic the spell falls under.
Not sure about the strength cheat- never tried it.

okay, you open console (the ` key to the left of the 1) and I guess you type it in something like
player -> addatribute @strength@ ###
though probably not exactly like that. At any rate, then you have to press the up arrow, and then enter before it works.

i have one thing to say, cheats that can give you the power of a god can really ruin a game, plus why need em? games are more fun when you earn your rewards through hard work? and when i say hard work, i mean being a nerd hiding in your house only accepting meals if brought to you to teh point you become an obssessed maniac. :D
