Bah! When my elbow joints start hurting, I crack them by pushing up with my shoulders and pushing down on the forearm with my other hand. A satisfying "pop" gets rid of the pain, and if it doesn't, it numbs the muscle long enough to keep playing.
Tendonitis... seriously. :nono:

The last job I had for 9 years required using a big CAD board 8 hours a day. I got tendonitis in my elbow once- I didn't have the option of resting it long enough for it to heal on it's own.
I tried everything- wearing a little tennis elbow brace, meds, pads under my arms. Finally someone suggested changing the angle of the board. I did, and two days later- no pain at all.
So my suggestion, like the others above is to change your position. If you've had poor posture before, changing to good posture will probably do it.

Now listen, Peanuckle, I may be a weak and feeble woman with sore elbows, but ..... I have the heart of a Taffer, and a Scottish Taffer at that !:ebil:
Besides... I just tried that, and it made my neck hurt. So now I have a sore neck AND sore elbows!
Oh, by the way. I cracked. He hadn't hidden them well enough, and I'm having fun right now playing 'Turn of the Tide'. To hell with the pain, say I.
