nah its not working. theres a projection of shodan in front of me btw, but isnt the game paused anyway when ur in the editor? so i dont think im reviving myself and also getting killed before pressing alt+g to go back into the game. the weird thing is that i tried that a few times, and one time i went back into the game and even though i was still dead, my player let out a "ugh!" when one of those teal balls of hers hit me. weird.
thanks anyway. please lemme know if u have any more ideas.

and if anything, ill start over. no big deal. well..then again. but hey as long as i enjoy it. better than any of the other games ive got anyway.
I have experienced corruption of savegames (not your problem, but can make a savegame equally useless), but the game is so fun that I've done at least 8 runthroughs, that might be major underrating.

oh man, are u kidding? ive been playing games since i was like..4 years old. ss2 is probably the best game ive ever played. ive played through the original like..at least 5 times. the main reason was that i would play on one comp at my home here in new york city, and then id go to my moms house which is in another state and play it there, but id leave to back to new york city too early and wouldnt finish. and then between school and work, id put off ss2 for a little while. and yet each time i played it, it was always fun.
although, ill never forget the first time i ever set foot in the cargo bays in engineering...that music...the tension..the security bots...listening to the doors in the corridors opening and closing while protocol droids moved closer toward me while babbling about this or that. man, no game ever made me feel the was ss2 does.

The Cargo Bays still creep the shit out me, I want to be there and out there as soon as possible, just grab the goodies and the keycard/audio log and run out of there.

the music was a big part of what made that area of the game. then again, the music made a lot of the game. best. soundtrack.ever. and also the creepiest ive ever heard.
i dont know but i like to scare myself so every time im in the 'bays i take my time, lol. check every body, every inch for cybernetic modules and nanites and whatever. generally speaking, i try to leave no stone unturned in any game i play.

Same here, to this day I know of thee cyber modules, two of them have 2 and one has 3. Maybe there is another stash no one has found yet. :p
xerxes2044 on 10/12/2006 at 21:15
hm, i never kept count in the bays. i remember theres at least one.
Bjossi on 10/12/2006 at 21:33
There are three stashes known, of course there may be more, only the level designer knows the ultimate truth about that. :p
(unless someone checks out the level file in an editor...)
