i am using enchant as my main mage skill tho is it my misc skill well i need to be able to get it to 70 for the moment but 90 soon where in the world can i get a trainer for it... i went to the master trainer in idoryan but he attacked me

I am not quite sure were exactly you could go, but places you might try are every mage guild, and every town that starts with the word "Tel". Examples are Tel Aruhn, Tel Branara, and Tel Mora. These towns are easliy reached by traveling by boat.
Im pretty sure you wont be able to find anyone to train you to skill level 90, maybe 80....but not 90. It is strange that Qorwynn attacked you. Did you steal anything from him?

i have no clue if i stole somthing from him or not.i dont think i did he just started attacking me when i tried to train my skills. but i did solve my problem with calm humanoid

Just for reference's sake, the enchant mastre trainer is hostile; calm humanoid works, as does going invisible, talking to him (which kills the invis but lets you talk to 'im) and bribing/whatever him to 100% (No NPC has ever attacked me unprovoked if it was at 100%)
