Sorry about the late reply as I couldn't remember it off the top of my head and have had to do the quest again from an earlier save. If its the one your talking about, you've got to go to a room in the caverns south-west of the Sister's outpost. You will need to take your shovel with you (you will also need this later in Oliver's quest).
