Which is done:
<li>Right click 'My Computer' and choose 'Properties'.
<li>From there choose the tab that says 'Device Manager'
<li>Click the '+' sign next to 'Display Adpaters' and post back what it says

You might want to try out the newest drivers from ATI's homepage whic can be found here:

I wouldn't count on getting any blistering fast framerates though, had an old Rage card myself a couple of years back and from what I remember it wasn't exactly like riding a lightning:), but don't let that discourage you from trying... , after all Deus Ex is a game worth working a bit for:D
