Please remember we have a search function on these forums :)
A quick search turned up this console command:
"ordinator wander"->SetFight 0
Basically, if you are caught wearing Indoril Armor, you will forever have a warrant for your death by the Ordinators. I couldn't actually get an answer as to whether the above console command works (incase you don't know, press the tilda key ~ to bring it up.)
If it doesn't work, you may search the forums further or let me know, and I will see what else I can find.

Morrowind is a role-playing game. When you play the role of a murderous sociopath it should not surprise you that local law enforcement officials greet you so enthusiastically. It is possible that retiring the bounty that you have accumulated might mollify them, but slaughtering ten Ordinators likely placed you on the top of Vvardenfell’s most wanted list–they may be beyond the reach of any attempt at reconciliation. Unless you have a recent save that you can use to restore the peace you will be living the life of a fugitive for the remainder of the game. Exciting… what?
Typing
”ordinator wander”->SetFight 0 isn’t going to work. Each Ordinator has a unique ID–even those that are ‘spawned’. You have to approach a particular Ordinator (or wait until your charging adversary is upon you) and then open the console. Click on the Ordinator and type
StopCombat and then
SetFight 0.
ModDisposition 30 wouldn’t hurt. If you speak with such a tamed Ordinator you may provoke him anew if you have work Ordinator armor. You can reset the global variable that triggers the greeting through the console with
set WearingOrdinatorUni to 0 (do not have an object, such as an Ordinator, selected). Every Ordinator that you encounter would have to be so treated, and after they respawn in 72 hours they may have to be calmed again.
Hlaalu guards (like the sort you meet in Balmora) are different from Temple Ordinators. However if these events are triggered by the enormous bounty that you are likely wearing they may attack you on sight as well.

Try each of the following lines in the console:
"ordinator stationary"->SetFight 0
"ordinator wander"->SetFight 0
"ordinator wander_hp"->SetFight 0
"ordinator_high fane"->SetFight 0
"ordinator_wander_hvault"->SetFight 0
"ordinator_wander_tvault"->SetFight 0

Ordinators will attack you regardless of your bounty if you wear their Ordinator armor infront of them. This includes High Ordinator armor from Tribunal.

Actually, they dont attack you unless you talk to them with high ordinator armour on. Provided you dont go to have a chat, then you should be fine.
