i have finished the main quest but my problem is everytime i go to caldera the soldiers there attack me on sight i hve no bounty on my head what can i do to stop this happening to me ????

This is a bug that I had too.
If you have the PC version then go to Caldera and bring up the command consol (~) and click on one of the attacking soldiers, then type the following commands:
stopcombat
set_fight 0
I only had to do this to one soldier and all the others stoped attacking me too. Hope it works for you too.

Just FYI, that's because those guards all share the same ObjectID; as such, what one feels about you, they all do. (The same's true for Ordinators in Vivec, but there's more than a few different ObjectIDs there... one or two for those inside, one or two for those wandering outside, etc)

sorry i forgot to say that i have the xbox version of the game so is there anything i can do to correct this problem

If you can get your hands on a writ of execution you can get away from trouble with it. At least on the PC version those work on any crime.
