Last night I was playing Morrowind, running an errand for Fire-eyes of the fighters guild in Balmora.
Anyway, I was wandering around out in the ashlands, when I contracted a disease (cant remember the name...) And so I quickly chugged down a remove disease potion, not noticing it was bad.
So (now being encumbered due to my reduced strength from that frickin potion) I dumped some of the very expensive loot I had just picked up, and shambled back to town, killing about 500 cliff racers along the way. Once there I headed to the temple, and removed the disease. Now my little bar at the top of the screen no longer shows the ability drain icon, but my strength is still at 42/62. No problem I though, it must be like Baldur's Gate, and I will have to rest to make my stats return to normal. Tried that, and nothing happens. So what I want to know is, is there any way to return my strength to normal? Has anyone else had this problem?
And of course, Curry or Chinese?
As a side note, I am using the xbox version, not the PC version, dont know what difference that will make...

And about the strenght probs if I understood this correctly you drank drain strenght potions accidently. And if this is the case you should get restore strenght potions to regain the lost levels (naturally I might assume the whole as wrongly as possible :p).

step 1: visit your local friendly Imperial Cult Altar (divine intervention)
step 2: make a tribute and use the Restore Attributes option ( that would be the Y button on xbox)
step 3: get back to looting, killing and HAVING FUN!:ebil: :cheeky: ;) :thumb:

^ He's leaving out one important step, though.
Before you make the donation, STRIP NAKED. Yes, I'm serious. If you have any items on you boosting your stats, then the Shrine will not properly restore your attributes. So you need to remove every last stat-boosting items and you have on you before using the Altar.
