No, because any music being compared to Europe, Night Ranger, Saga, and Stryper IS CRAP. At least, in my opinion.
And I'm fairly certain my first erection pre-dates yours. Nice attempt at exerting your dominance though, keep it up. Pun intended.
Fair enough- I shouldn't have aimed that at you, it's just that your comment sounded surprisingly GenY. Reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw this week: "It's not that I'm old. Your music really does suck."
And I had a huge erection at the age of 4. Do I win?
*GBM we're talking about erections and glam-rock in the same thread. If you don't get the connection, I can't help you buddy.

I think what fett's trying to say, what we're all trying to say, is that he gets sexually aroused by dressing in womens clothing.
Right?
fett on 10/3/2007 at 03:10
It's not just "dressing in women's clothing" :tsktsk: I'm rebelling against my middle-class corporate minded parents. I'm gonna put on a thong and high heels and sing about drunken sex in a swimming pool. With lots of pyro and stuff.

Shit, there's a difference?
That's like saying that white american cheese tastes different than yellow american.
Shit'chya there's a difference! Ratt--EARLY Ratt--was heavy metal. The later years were no better than Poison or any of the other turd-burgling hair-bear shit bands. ;)

That's why I asked - you can generally divide 80's metal right down the middle of the decade using that distinction.

I've been laid up in bed for the past week with the flu. This has been the worst sickness I've had since I was a child.
Anyhoo, I'm still no closer to remembering the damn name of that band. I'll have to assault my ex-brother-in-law's house and see if he has any old cassette tapes.
WOOO! Page 2

Yup, and Def Leppard is the perfect example of that. Within one album--and I mean in the middle of
High'n'Dry--the tide shifted. "Bringing On The Heartache" was where the decade jumped the shark.

Now we're on the same page.
