Right, i'm going insane here. I disabled the brain scorcher, found ghost, all that. Now, whats even harder is getting up this fucking ladder! How do i bloody escape. I've pushed a box into the elevator shaft but i just cant grasp the ladder. What am i doing wrong?

look very carefully in the room where you found ghost's body- there's another way out

Yeah, I ran around that facility so many times trying to get out. There's a hole in the room ghost was in. It's in the floor in the back left corner. I don't know if a spoiler tag was necessary for that, but I did it just in case.
