I have 2 questions:
1) Where in Wolverine Hall is the Skin-In-The-Shade guy I am supposed to get a potion from? I would appreciate knowing in relation to the mages guild? (I currently am working on how to get to the mages guild, because Wolverine Hall is confusing.)
2) Where can I sell Alchemy Master's equipment and get any money out of it? Creeper doesn't take them, and most places have little cash. I have heard rumours of a talking mudcrab. Does he take alchemy items? If so, where is he?

1) Well, if you know were the mages guild is in Balmora, Caldera, Vivec, or Ald-Ruhn then you can just teleport directly there using the mage with the Travel option in her text. Skink-in-tree is the Argonian of the guild there and he is in the back corner of the room.
2) I sell my alchemy stuff to Noryana of Whitehaven(or something like that) in Balmora. She has 3 or 4k on her and she is an alchemist. Her shop is in the northwest part of town right next to the fine clothier.

Just take the guild guide from any other Mages Guild and you will be there. Or if you are at the Imperial shrine go one level up.

If so, where is he?The trader in Tel Mora, Lower tower should be able to pay decently iirc (she also has a complete GM set for sale, but it sounds like you already got one). Nalcayra of White Haven (Balmora) has 3k gold to trade with for alchemical ingredients and tools as has the master trainer of Alchemy in Valenvaryon. Just sell some of the parts for ingredients you need if the trader doesn't have enough money.
