I can't find the pillow book in Arobar manor! I read it's supposed to be somewhere around the private quarters but I can't find it!
ALSO
My brother, who is also playing this game, has a problem. His light armor skill got to 0 because he took a certain weapon (don't know the name of the weapon, though). He wants to know if there is a way to get his armor skill back, since it is the armor he's using.
Thanks!

I assume that you've
already been in there and got the helmet from one of the bedrooms in the private area? If so the room directly opposit has the pillow book. It's a bedroom with a young woman in it. There is a screened area with a pile of cushions. The book is there.
:cheeky:

Was it the Fury Sword?
I took that and all of my armor skills went to 0.
I'm hoping that when I play it next I can fix it by getting rid of the sword.

Re fury sword - I believe not but you can get an unoficial plug in that sorts it I believe.
Lurox on 13/6/2002 at 00:03
Yeah, it was the fury sword.
Taliesin - Could you reformulate this, please?
hokaloogie on 13/6/2002 at 05:10
Well, my Fury Sword problem has been fixed... at a cost.
I must have forgotten to save it so when I went back to the game I was less one Fury Sword (yay) but less 2 levels (boo).
I had to go level up again but at least I don't have the sword now. ;)

So there are no ways of getting the skills back? Sheesh...

Ah but there is:
Go to
(
http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/mods/mods.asp)
and search "fury"
it will come up with an unofficial mod "fury bug fix" which will (allegedly) get everything back on track. I say allegedly because I haven't tried it.
