Here it is again! A chance to help a fellow TTLG'er do his homework! Here's the deal. As part of my Computer Graphics and Application module, I'm supposed to build this virtual home in VRML using 3DS Max. I'm allowed to use any models I can find to decorate this house of mine. This is where you come in. I need furnitures, lights, windows, doors, textures, everything and yes, even the kitchen sink. Any good places where I can find these things? In the meantime, I'll continue searching myself, but if you guys know any good sites or sources, please post them here. Pictures of houses and rooms would be nice too, since I know next to nothing about interior design. And tutorials on how to build a bloody house. Fuck, the course teaches nothing about 3D modelling and yet they want us to build a whole frikken' house. And the lecturer just goes on and on, as if we all already know what he's talking about. Man I really feel like punching him in the face.
Thanks in advance, and sorry for the lack of paragraphing.

You might also want to pester the guys down in the editors guild, seems like the sort of thing they'd be able to help you with, I know a few of them model in 3d to make new objects to place in FMs and building houses (or other archiecture) is kind of what they do.
Just a though.

I have made 3dsmax models of a briefcase, a futuristic space-box, a Mac-10 submachinegun, a lorry, a guy kicking another guy in the head and a skyscraper. But you can have none of them. Good luck with your homework! :)

(
http://www.turbosquid.com) http://www.turbrosquid.com has a pretty decent stuff. I mainly go there for references.
I would help, but I'm also doing a few courses for my 3D class myself. :p

Fixed that for you.

Turbosquid is good, yes. Also try poking around the free areas of 3dCafe, maybe.

Thanks for the links! And yes Turbosquid seems like a really good place. Please keep the links coming.
