Thanx for all the help I went to the Mudcrab and he does buy for full price and he has $10,000 that he restocks if you rest for 24 hours. He only buys weapons, armor, and potions. Nothing else (scamp buys scrolls).
Tip: Scamp & Mudcrab both buy for 1% over item value.
Eg: If somthing is 2500 they will pay 2525, or if it is 5000 they will pay 5050.
Not a cent more.

ehm, what scamp in caldera? Is he really IN caldera or somewhere near caldera? I've been wandering around in caldera, but i can't remember seeing him (hope i didn't wack him and forgot about it)
I could really use a good merchant ...

Creeper is in Ghorak (sp?) Manor, 2nd floor.
In my experince it took 48 hrs rest for the mudcrab to get his $$ back. Well, might have been less time, but I just checked every 24 until he had $$ again, and he didn't after 24.
