I just got stage one of the hlaalu stronghold, i tried to upgrade to the second
and the guy told em to go to eggmine etc, i cured the kwama queen and now i went out to look for miners to come and work...now heres the problem, the miner in Gnisis i 'accidentaly' killed ages before i even thought about making a stronghold so hes dead, i was then told to go to Tel something to buy a slave to do it for me. I found the slave and the trader, the trader wont sell him and then i checked and was told to go to the guy himself and well...he jsut says that hes an eggminer but wont let me buy him...
someone help please im running the xbox version so no plugins for me :tsktsk:

I don't know if typing in codes works with the xbox version or not, but if it does, open the command page and type:
Placeatpc "NAME" 1, 1, 1
this will bring back to life that person. I'd recommend you go back to a save before you killed the miners and write down their names andthen go back to your present game and resurrect them.

Didnt work, couldt do it, anyone know how to recruit the slave? do i have to do more missions for other people before i can get to him? Somebody must know how to do this! PLease help :)

I haven't pursued the House Hlaalu stronghold, so I don't know the particulars. You may wish to consult the Destination Morrowind Spoilers Guide. When speaking with the slave trader in Tel Aruhn, it suggests that you need to use the dialog topic 'recuit egg miner', rather than simply purchase a slave.

I did ask to buy egg miner, but she keeps saying she doesent have one even when she likes me %100, i checked the guide and it doesent help. I went in to the guy as well and he doesent do it either. Someobody please help.

So you talked to her about... 'special slaves' or 'special workers' or... something along that line, right? Because she offers normal slaves and then the special slaves like the egg miner.
But since you're running the XBox version, I think it's safe to say you're screwed. I remember I got stuck in a Sixth House Base on my XBox Version because the designers forgot to link the door to the other interior cell... both doors infact. Couldn't get out.

No wait, i got screwed over in my head, i ask for special slaves and she keeps sayign she has none, and there is no way to talk to her about egg miners, the only one i can talk to bout miners is the actual guy thats inside who she claims she doesent have.

Nope, you're supposed to talk to the woman outside who sells the actual slaves. Hmm... There might be a key to the slave bracers. Dunno if that could help, but you might be able to free him and ask him if he'll come. Save your game and kill the woman and the guards inside. That's the best help I can offer ^.^

Ive done pretty much everything u can, killed her, bribed her, but still i cant talk to her about egg miners, this is getting incredibly annoying! I jsut want to make a stronghold and this ***** has been wasting countless hours of time nearly to the extent of me throwing away the game!

Relax, pal, it's not the end of the world -- it just might be the end of your stronghold. If it makes you feel any better, the strongholds are not worth much anyway.
