Hey. I'm in house Hlaalu and need to find Dram Bero to move up in rank. I have searched and the people in Vivic told me he was in St. Olam's (spelling) canton. I went there, and all the people said "i don't know where he lives, but i have seen him on the top of the canton". well i have no clue what that means and I can not find him anywhere, despite searching for over an hour. Please someone respond and tell me where Dram Bero is.
