ok I have had this game for years but never played it before. Anyway i have just installed it and updated it to 2.3 and it runs fine but there are no cutscenes! Its the full retail version not some downloaded one. i tried installing that indeo drivers on the CD but that doesnt make any difference. The thing is Im sure they used to play when i installed it ages ago...

You generally need to run
regsvr32 "C:\Games\System Shock 2\lgvid.ax" every time before you play, replacing C:\Games\System Shock 2 with the path to where you installed SS2.
Or did you try that already?

Have you tried double-clicking IV5PLAY.EXE on the CD?

I tried that but it says module cant be found even tho its there cos i checked..:confused:
