Ok so I Just downloaded v4.3 as well as Lord Alan's Factory. I have installed it and told it where to look for missions. Unfortunately, even though I am being specific in telling Darkloader where to look, It doesnt see to recognize Lord Alan's Factory and it does not show up on the list.
WTF is going on here? grrrrrr
Never had this problem with any other missions.

Ok well the zip thing seems to work. But why is the game crashing every time I try to start a new one?

You may want to try (
http://www.potterdevelopments.org.uk/fm) GarrettLoader as you can get it to fix the indeo codec whenever you start an FM. There is a new version nearly ready for release which has more features for more modern computers.
Anyway for info:
* Using both DarkLoader and GarrettLoader requires you to have all FMs in zips (the install process is that DL and GL will unzip, install and re-organise the zip contents based upon your games language and the available languages the FM supports).
* For thief 3 FMs via GL, GL will also re-program some of the T3 config files during install so T3 can handle the FMs.
* Additionally Dark Engine (Thief 1,2, system shock 2) games suffer from hyperthreading/multiple core processor issues. That is to say that if it crashes within a minute of gameplay then its likely you need to set the affinity of thief2.exe and thief2.icd before actually playing the mission but while thief is running. GarrettLoader 1.42 (not released yet) will fix this for you automatically as you play.
