I've been conditioning myself to try and not think about it anymore. Everything everyone said really has helped. Ever since my post I haven't gotten mad once. Everytime they creep up in my head I just immediately think 'It's not my fault' then it ends! That sounds rather contrived and lame but hey, it works :D! So I'm happy with it :) Just wanted to keep you guys up-to-date, I'm glad I posted this problem :)
