You should never blame yourself for something that someone else does. You didn't cheat. She did. He did. They did. Not you. When you care about someone - which it seems you did care about both of them or you wouldn't be so concerned about it - it is hard to admit that the person you care about doesn't care for you as much or at all. We all make mistakes. The hardest part is forgiving ourselves & moving on with life.

The best way to get over this is to not let them have control over you. Your ex and her ex sound like just about the shittiest people you could ever meet, and you don't deserve to have been treated like you were by them. Being angry is ok, but realize that your anger isn't going to accomplish anything except possibly make you dwell on it.
You need to get out, be with friends, do things you enjoy. Don't let yourself dwell on what happened. You got hurt by some shitty people, but it's in the past and you can prove your strength as a person by getting over it. Obviously your ex and her ex weren't over whatever their problems were, look at all the mistakes they made.
And absolutely cut off contact with those people. Don't talk to them at all ever, until you are completely over it. While it's still hurting you, they have power over you, and from what they sound like, they'll just try to use it against you.
Find the people and things you enjoy that have nothing to do with this situation, and fill your life with them. Keep your head up and don't let anything get you down.
That's my advice having delt with similar situations. Hope it helps!

Anyway: do some meditation, if you don't know what it is, find about it in google. Makes you feel free from complexes, other pathetic thesedays-typical crap. Even though i am young, i see the through the society completely... i'm not sure what else to recommend... perhaps spend some time alone with mother-nature, Thief, something... Occupie your mind with something else. That should then easyly smash the rock inside you, i think. Oh yes, occupying mind keeps you from getting insane. I kinda hate those ''love drama'' soap-type stories like you have right now. It's not nearly as hard as you think it is. Just practice in forgetting everything -_-
