Hellfire Boltcaster in DX2?

I rememeber someone mentioning a Hellfire Boltcaster that caused targets to burst into flames, but I don't know where in DX2 it's located.

Anyone have an idea? :confused:

Being able to burn people on the cheap is an excellent thing to have.

Excellent weapon for clearing out unarmored templars.
