Surely if it was in the editing stages we would have heard about it now. Or at least have more info than a single blogpost (or a few brief articles which all link back to said blogpost).
edit: here is a snippet from an interview with david cage from almost 6 months ago

UL: Quantic Dream has more popularity in game industry after Fahrenheit release, and what about cinema industry, how they react?
DC: Very well... but I cannot say more for the moment ;-)
Could be hinting at it?

it would have to be the most secretive of secret film projects of all time if it was already in post, and also impossible since Matt Damon's been in three other movies this year.

I sincerely doubt there's been a secret movie project in the works for this long.
If they do make a movie I hope they aren't too faithful to the game's story. I enjoyed the game, but the plot just spiralled into absurdity toward the end.

Ah ballsacks. I was hoping to see some announcement of a PC port.

I'm still waiting for Omikron The Nomad Soul 2. The tech has finally caught up with the impossible dream that was the original game. I'd kill to to go back to that weird, beautiful world... I'd even buy a ps4 for it. There I said it.
Not sure I would do that for this one though. Thematically, with its cyberpunk setting it already looks more interesting than their previous entry, a teenage drama with superpowers and ghosts. Or something. I watched part of it on Youtube, as that's what these games really are at their core: failed movies. Or rather failed TV. I'll wait and see if this one is a little more involving gameplay-wise. Do we know anything about how it plays yet?

Only this, from the wiki:
In late 2013, Quantic Dream founder and CEO David Cage was in preproduction on a PS4 exclusive, which he said would build upon what he had done in the past with Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, "but in a very, very different way"
