So...couldn't find a thread for this. Got sucked in recently thanks to a nephew. I'm on Blizzard as faetal#2650 (region Europe).
Anyone wants to add me, I can test out my decks.

People will need your full battletag to add you, including the #number, as the names themselves are not unique. I play Hearthstone myself (WingedKagout#2653) in the Europe region, though mostly restricted to Tavern Brawls these days.
Some tips to get you started:
The Welcome Bundle is the best value for money you'll get, on average the value of it is equivalent to ~26 packs due to the guaranteed Legendary.
The second best value for money are the Adventures, giving you single player challenges and a specific set of cards for completing those challenges. They're also fairly funny.
Take a look at these quests for free rewards: (

Until you have a solid amount of experience with the game, stay away from Ranked at the start of a month. The (
http://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Ranked#Season_reset) rankings reset every month, which can make the first week or so of every month very rough for a beginner.
Until you have a solid selection of good Rares and Epics, gathering dust to craft a Legendary is not going to help you as much as using that dust to create Rare and Epic cards you can use.

I play also , but on the US server. Name is Dazza#1304. If you want to play ranked, I would net deck to start of with, and then make adjustments as you become more familiar. There is a meta which tends to change around every expansion release, so it really helps to know what kind of decks you will be facing.

Its really only if you want to engage in ranked play and get anywhere. The lowest I have managed is rank 5, but I would like to reach legend eventually.

I'm having a stupendous amount of fun with my Bullshit Warrior. Double 10 point game-ending legendaries and a 6 point card which gives you 10 point cards at the start of the turn, protected by reams of taunt minions. I've had 3 out of the last 5 people concede way before things were inevitable.
Jesus this game is fun.
