Okay, if you listen closer, I
watched the news, and yes I therefore
saw those pictures already, but I really gotta ask, you are aware of the fact that walmart sells a few other items besides sandals, right?
I've worked at 4 different restaraunts in my life. If you get one complain of food poisoning out of something even 50 other people ate, and they were fine, you're going to initially assume there were other factors, thats business honey.
Have you seen the return lines at walmart? thats alot of people returning stuff they don't want anymore, but it's also alot of people claiming a product is defective. If they scrapped their stock of every defective complain they got, the business would have a serious problem.
If one hundred people have acid burns but Wal-Mart doesn't recall them, that's bad business. This is the equivalent of ten people who eat a certain dish gets violently ill and having proof that your food caused it, and your restaurant not taking the food off the menu for several days.
In fact, I'll say you didn't read the page, because if you notice he talked to the manager, who refused to see the acid burns. I think having actual burns are a lot more compelling evidence than just a complaint, don't you?

Speaking of knowing your rights and standing up for yourself:
Cops: It is an offence to film an officer.
Camera man: No it's not.
