Another possibly unjustified case - walking around walmart with my buddy who was in a motorcycle accident all scarred up and a kid in his 20's walks up and starts talking about his motorcycle accident. He shows us the scar on his shin where they put a 20 inch metal supporting rod in for support, but he was walking perfectly fine. He then showed us the lawsuit papers...it turned out he was hit by a multi-millionare and went after the big bucks. On top of $50,000 in medical charges, he sued and
won and I quote, written on the paper
$400,000 - $600,000....NICE! SOMONE HI....nm
That whole trend of walking around Wal-mart with your lawsuit papers [sic] is getting
really tired.

This is what happens when the amateurs try and take on RBJ.
PigLick on 24/9/2007 at 13:32
I dunno, I reckon RBJ is gettin a bit soft in his middle years, the last few rounds just dont have the same 'zing' of his classic material.
Thief13x on 24/9/2007 at 15:49
what, you mean all the crying and blubbering? eh, I guess he's grown up to only whining now
Rug Burn Junky on 24/9/2007 at 16:56
He never said that yours were any better, and to top it off, I didn't start off with that abortion of a post in which you made an absolute fool of yourself, so ummm, mayhaps you ought to keep that to yourself for a while? Thank you.
Now that I've gotten your attention, I'll just start with the easy one, because, to be honest, I don't feel like wasting my time going through your apocryphal stories about the white trash, inbred retards that you're related to, hang out with, or run into in that god-forsaken-hellhole-of-every-trailer-park-moron-in-America: Walmart.

eh, I think people are a little too damn sue happy these days. To sue for something like that, imo is a little ridiculous, financially, he didn't suffer any losses. I don't buy this 'humiliation' and 'pain and suffering' bullshit and neither do alot of judges.
A) It's nice that you don't buy "humiliation" or "Pain and suffering" but the fact is alot (sic) of judges not buying it is fucking bullshit. Pain and suffering, humiliation, mental anguish, etc these are all legal standards, and judges don't get to just say "I don't feel like that should matter."
B) As for him not suffering any losses, again, you're fucking ignorant. The standard for a civil suit for false imprisonment has nothing to do with specific losses, or damages. The mere fact that your liberty has been impinged IS the damage, and that's enough to carry the suit, so thank you Johnny fucking Cochrane, but your legal analysis here ain't needed.
Now. We've established that you don't know what the fuck you're talking about, so why don't you run the fuck along and stop subjecting us to either your incoherent, ignorant, and just plain idiotic opinion on the legal system, or your rather lame and unfunny attempts at insulting me, which nobody appreciates but yourself.
In other words, shut the fuck up, nobody wants to listen to you, and you're wrong anyway, capiche?

Piglick: sorry, but wouldn't you get bored correcting the same stupidity over, and over again? I feel like the fucking Beach Boys playing Barbara Ann for the 400 thousandth time. We need some n00bs with some fresh and interesting stupid things to say to inspire me.
Besides, I was bedridden with a pulled hamstring and massive bruises on my arms from playing football yesterday morning, didn't have the energy, but I promise to bring my A game for you next time, ok?

I give it 8/10. A strong start, with early influences coming through particularly in the Wal-mart section. I felt the middle to be a bit academic and filler, though necessary considering the subject matter, but it finished well.
I may have spotted the aforementioned whining there at the very end.
catbarf on 24/9/2007 at 23:15
7/10. Good intro, but you kinda lost me once you got to name-calling.
