Hi, my name is joinusnow22175 and this is my first post on this site. I have been playing fan-missions since 2002 and visiting TTLG just as long. I would occasionally have problems playing missions because they would require scripts but I always would fix the problem by downloading the proper ones. My problem is with NewDark. I haven't been able to play any FM's that have come out since Fall 2012 because they all require NewDark. :(Whenever I load a mission I get a blank screen with just the life shield. I've extracted the contents of the "new_dark.zip" and "contrib.zip" folders to my thief directory like it says but must be doing something wrong. :confused:I would greatly appreciate it if someone could walk me through the process step-by-step. Also, I need to know how to upgrade to v1.19 properly. Thank you in advance.

I tried installing Tafferpatcher v 207. It gives me the option to upgrade to 1.18 (which I can not uncheck) and 1.19. I select both, but during the install it says installing 1.18, but never says 1.19. :confused: I don't know what to try next. BTW I have the GOG version of Thief 2 if this is of any relevance.
