Back when I was an undergraduate working on my senior thesis, I used to eat lunch with my project partner and a bunch of friends every day. Our schedules didn't harmonize, so he'd usually be in the lab in the morning, I'd be there in the afternoon, and we'd have a short conversation at lunch. After a couple months of this, our friends started getting very annoyed by how we were always taking about data instead of the usual making puns and stuff. So we invented our own language to describe our work using nothing but descriptions of the female body. That kept our friends entertained until the end of the semester.
Most of us probably do something like that when growing up, to have private conversations with certain friends, or siblings learning to talk behind their parents' back.
Clearly you guys are more serious about it. One thing I'm confident in, is that whatever you come up with will be less confusing to learn than English.
