I'm working on a map from June, this map had only one blood-puddle emitter i put in when i started the first rooms months ago, and only now i get this error when i try to play the map from the editor:
Error Message
________________________________________________________________________________
cPuddleManager, tried to form a puddle but the center mark was not placed near the ground
Call Stack
I try to delete the puddle, rebuilt, save, etc, but the error it's the same :erm: ...

I don't know anything about this problem.
I just felt like noticing that a "haunted puddle" sounds incredibly funny, as if it would bubble menacingly at you from time to time. It reminds me of our school mascot (NYU), the "fighting violets".
Anyway, good luck in figuring out the problem.

I'm not sure if this will help, but do you have an old T3gamesys that you can restore? Also, try importing one of your older Auto__.unr from before you had the problem, rebuild all and see if the problem goes away. You might have to redo all your texture coordinates if you do that, but it's a small price to pay. ;)

Might want to marquee select the area too, incase it's one of those annoying remove the visible bit but not the actor things.

It seems to be a problem with an AI patrol (!), don't know why the errors speak of puddle, but without this AI (a guard with a torch) the map play normally:D

He wasn't starting somewhere that'd make him bleed was he?
That or the torch got corrupted somehow, though neither makes much sense.
