Go nuts. We need more of that kind of tangental community involvement anyway.

What we really need are more milk porn threads. Commchat is dull-city lately.

25 years here. My wife and I didn't do a thing the way you are supposed to. We worked together for 3 years, talking many times without any great attraction. Pretty but not my type. Then one day she mentioned going to the movies but not really feeling like going alone. I in my supreme arrogance (you people aren't the only ones to call me cocky) thought it was a hint so I asked her out. She was surprised and dubious. Almost turned me down.
We are still on our first date. Never apart since. We began living together that night and married 3 months later. We have had epic fights and periods where I doubted we would make it. We are oil and water but boiling water and flaming oil. About the only thing we have in common is passion. That and love. And finally after so many years the ability to laugh at ourselves. Mellow at last. I picture Newt saying "mostly" at that. It has been a crazy interesting life no doubt and looking back now I wouldn't change a thing.

Hey no worries, fett, that was also tongue-in-cheek. A bit ;)

Yeah, while I didn't quite put it as bluntly as yourself in my previous post above I couldn't personally subscribe to the notion of "married bliss" because, like everything, it can be work sometimes but if there's always love behind it, that's how you get through it. I think Stephen King espoused something similar in his memoirs, that marriages work not because people don't have fights but because they get through the fights and
leave love/stay with each other anyway.
Make-up sex is awesome.

Personally, I think the dead of winter would be one of the best times to get down,
because its cold.
If you can get the friction going, it's all good. Only problem is, I seize up and start shaking like I've got the palsy when any bare skin gets exposed to the elements. That usually kills whatever mood I've got going, and doesn't make for good getting down AT ALL.

I would go into the physiological explanation of what occurs during sex, but I'm sure you know at least half of it. Also, what you said is quite true.
Don't get me wrong, though, I love the cold, it and I have been friends since I was wee. I remember staying outside during the really cold days at school because I could be alone to think about shit, the cold makes my brain work better and it drives away the ... undesirable element.

What, thinking about the opposite sex?
