Wait... so when you were bitching and moaning about soy sauce earlier in the thread, you'd never even tasted it? WTF is wrong with you? And why are you asking us to defend it? Soy sauce is primarily an ingredient in Asian cuisine.

1) Soy sauce has a pretty huge range, from the delicious to the barely-more-than-salt-water.
2) What do you mean by "tested"? Did you just try it straight up? Because that would be awful.

Hey guys, I just ate a cube of salt. It was disgusting. How can anyone stand to put this on their french fries?
edit: Also, why do you keeps saying that soy sauce is western? It's about as eastern as a food can get.
